  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time (unless mentioned otherwise on the website).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Any additional charges such as taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if provided).

  • You can track your order using the link shared by our delivery partner.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. IRA Creations is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate while placing the order. IRA Creations is not responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or

  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear images or videos of the package

We will assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
